Casa Chianti is the ideal starting point for a cultural and artistic tour around Tuscany and the crossing point of very interesting natural itineraries and routes.

Casa Chianti is located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena and at only one hour’s drive from Pisa and the sea. It is immersed in the greenness of cypresses and holm-oaks and is surrounded by countless medieval towns and castles. It is only 7 km away from the medieval town of Certaldo, the birthplace of the famous writer Boccaccio and 15 km away from San Gimignano, famous for its towers and its magnificent historical centre.

The apartment is on the first floor (the ground floor is taken up by a typical ittle restaurant open in the evenings only). The rooms have two and three beds and private bathrooms with shower.
There ia a shared kitchen completely equipped available for all guests.
Floors are in Tuscan cotto, ceilings have open beams and entresols are in cotto. Large parking place and outdoor space. Beautiful panoramic view over the Tuscan hills.

How to reach us:

Motorway A1 (exit at Florence-Certosa).

“Palio” Highway Florence-Siena (exit at Tavarnelle).

In Tavarnelle, take the turning on the right towards Marcialla-Certaldo.

At Marcialla turn right towards Fiano. At Fiano turn left towards Certaldo. After about 1 km you will see Casachianti on the right.
